    The Good: New; clean; lots of space for working and or hanging out.

    The Bad: No Drive Through. I ordered and was charged for one grande and one tall drink and received two talls :(  Took longer than it should because barista was talking with a customer that appeared to be a friend hanging out so I just took the talls and left. I bet this experience is the exception rather than the rule.

    Hours posted say they are open until 10 pm every night except Friday and sat.
    Stopped in at 7:59 pm and an employee rushed to lock the door

    0/10 would not recommend
    Completely wrong order even though I was the only one there?????
    Workers were dicking around and not listening.

    Came back after writing this place off for 5 months... nothing changed.

    Why are there only three people working here in the morning? One on food... one on drinks... and one taking orders. The cashier should have stopped taking orders for one - two minutes and helped the person making drinks after they noticed that 20 cups/orders lined up to be made... walked out after paying WITHOUT our drinks (which the cashier should have just poured... instead of putting the barista even further behind...easy order- two iced coffees). Hope someone enjoys them. Waiting 5-10 minutes for coffee is unreal. A new system needs to be implemented. Never again. For real this time.

    I would have left one star, but I'm not a complete monster. Thank the lawd these employees get paid hourly and don't have to rely on tips to pay bills. It is hands down, the SLOWEST Starbucks this side of the prudential center. And I don't order complicated drinks. I'm talking 2 venti iced americanos... it took 18 minutes, it was crazy. Oh, and to top it off, let me paint a picture for you; there were a few people waiting on their orders to be ready, there were maybe 8 cups up behind the barista station and this dude in the middle of making orders, turns to his coworker and says, "yeah, I'm gonna take 10." I'm like?!?!?! Take ten?! DUDE. You're gonna take a break and leave your coworker flying solo?! In the middle of a caffeine induced rush?! I just want my other iced americano

    Every time I come to this place the nitro cold brew is broken, seriously, the last 4 times. Today I came and they ran out of bacon Gouda sandwiches. Service is sub par, safe really not friendly or accommodating and super disorganized. The only reason this place is still open is that it's the only close star bucks to Groton and Littleton residents.
